Who is Rebound New Mexico?
New Mexico Human Rights Projects (NMHRP) provides unique, hands-on programs that engage students intellectually and emotionally to think about the choices they make when confronted with prejudice, racism, violence and discrimination.
NMHRP programs are designed to help educators challenge students to think critically about the choices they make when confronted with all forms of discrimination, assume greater responsibility for their actions, recognize and reject prejudice and violence, and to deal more sensitively with others.
The Project
All of my client websites are custom child themes using the Genesis Framework. This responsive WordPress web development project started with a great design that focused on giving the site visitor information about NMHRP and a call to action for visitors to donate. With a quick two week turnaround, the site uses custom fields, media queries to make the website look good on every device, and jQuery to handle slideshows and animations.
